A Standing Rule for Ryan Howard

Remember the regular season game where Charlie Manuel actually had to use Brett Myers as a pinch-hitter, and before Myers left the dugout, Manuel told him not to swing at anything under any circumstances lest he foul things up?

I think the Phillies should do something similar with Ryan Howard.  Before every inning, someone should tell him not to throw the ball under any circumstances.

None.
