Does it say anywhere on here when the Phillies will win a game?
There will be no game thread for today's game. I feel like maybe the game threads are hurting the Phillies juju. While I welcome and encourage comments from readers, today, I am banning all comments related to today's game.
As for last night's game... Jimmy Rollins gets a hit -- good, Bearded Bell hits a game tying two run homer -- good, great throw by Rollins to get Albert Pujols at home, and a good job by Mike Lieberthal to hang onto the ball...But that is about where the fun ended. There is more bright side however...As of this writing, despite starting out 0-2, the Phils still have a better than even chance to make the playoffs.
By the way, if I was like Hurley, having difficulty distinguishing between perception and reality, I hope I would be here.

Phloggers Pheeds Site News/Maintenance
When Phloggers Pheeds was rolled out last week, the timing was a bit unfortunate. At nearly the same time, the online software used to compile the feeds decided to undergo an upgrade which could have gone a bit more smoothly. Then, Blogger/Blogspot decided to have one of the periodic hiccups it tends to have, so all of those feeds were inconsistent in their appearance. However, it seems as if all the kinks have been worked out, and all feeds should now be appearing in chronological order.
Two additions have also been made to the site. First, a search engine that allows one to search all of the more prominent Phillies blogs. Second, all photographs added to Flickr.com that are tagged "Phillies" will appear at the bottom of the page. Lately there have been some nice photos of opening day.
Finally, if a site is not appearing in the pheed that you think should appear, send of an email with the subject heading "not quite phed up yet".
