I'm not sure how I missed this in yesterday's Daily News report on Billy Wagner, but Marcus Hayes's "league sources" indicate that the Phillies are planning on using Ryan Madson and Gavin Floyd on the back end of the rotation.
If my math is correct, that means the rotation will be Brett Myers, Jon Lieber, Corey Lidle, Madson, and Floyd. Hopefully that is Plan B. It's not a horrible fall back position, but I would much rather see someone like Matt Morris added to the rotation [of course, after they give Wagner everything he wants, there probably won't be much money left for anything, maybe not even Schmitters].
